MEMS CIS Probe Card

影像感測器（Image Sensor）是一種將光能轉換為電能並產生影像的元件，其功能類似於傳統相機底片。

CIS Probe Card 於光源測試中，依據光線是否經過擴散，可區分為擴散片型與鏡頭型兩種。

KI 的 Sirius 系列在測試過程中可形成較短的擦拭痕跡。此外，透過公司全球首創的 Dutlet 結構，能夠對所有 DUT 特性進行均勻且穩定的量測。
